When changes are made to policies, they don't happen in real time. We submit the change request to other departments that process the changes. If there is a credit or charge applied as a result of the change, another department process that portion of it. So, while what we did here in the agency was as simple as the click of a button, there are other things happening behind the scenes that we have no control over. Thanks for sharing the feedback on the tone of the interaction with our Account Manager. This gives me the opportunity to provide any coaching necessary to better assist policy holders in the future.
